Forbidden Deliciousness

Well, delicousness, but not really “forbidden.” Actually, I hear it isn’t that bad for you. Pinkberry continues to thrive throughout the westside, filling the role of the once unstoppable Starbucks chains that seemed to be spreading faster than a flesh-eating bacterium.

I noticed this one while riding my new beach cruiser down Main Street the other day. What? You didn’t know I got a bike? It’s too bad cause the bike is fly. It has pedal brakes, fenders, and whitewall tires. HA! Anyway, it’s been great fun to ride around the beach area.

There are plenty of fun spots in my area to ride. The beach path that runs through Santa Monica is known as the Marvin Braude (pronounced “Brody”) runs along the beach from Malibu to Venice, then turns inland as it heads south to run around the eastern edge of Marina del Rey. The bike path crosses over a bridge spanning the Ballona Creek and continues from Playa del Rey to Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo.
